Historic day at Furnace

It was a historic day at Furnace when we finally launched our new galvanic plant in the USA. After months of planning, installation, and fine-tuning, Furnace is ready to take a big step into the future of high-quality stamper production.

The machine park was nothing less than state-of-the-art, consisting of Pheenix Alpha's latest technology. These machines, designed with precision and accuracy, would now enable a more efficient and high-quality process for producing the stampers needed for their presses. It was an investment in both technology and the future, something the entire team felt immense pride in.

Pheenix alpha, as the supplier of the galvanic system to Furnace, we take great pride in the rapid and successful startup of the new plant. In just a few days of fine-tuning, together with Sibert Instruments, we were able to deliver outstanding results. The collaboration was seamless, and our dedication to precision paid off.

Already the first stamper gave excellent records, and the stamper was a perfect match to the AD12 Moulds.
