PPPU
Our pre-plating unit applies a thin nickel base layer over the silver-metalized lacquer disk before electroplating the final full-thickness nickel layer that forms the "father" stamper. With four positions it offers efficient start in the stamper production process, allowing you to load up to four masters into the machine. Each one can be started and stopped individually, thanks to separate controls at each position.
The machine is also equipped with an advanced PLC control system and a modern user interface. The controller is designed with network connectivity for remote service updates and error diagnostics, seamlessly integrating into Industry 4.0.
This intermediate plating step, performed at lower current and heat, is regarded as a crucial one that ensures higher quality and less defects in the final product.

PDPU
Experience advanced large-scale plating with our dual-position plating unit. Each positions equipped with its own rotating cathode shaft and digitally controlled rectifier. In addition, each plating position is connected to a big volume tank ensuring high process stability.
If you require additional capacity, simply purchase one more PDPU to achieve more capacity as well as enhanced redundancy.

Our passivation, cleaning, and drying unit is not just a robust machine, it's your reliable partner in the stamper production process. Engineered with user-friendliness in mind, it removes lacquer residues from the "father" stamper and clean the "mother" stamper, which is then dried using a spin dryer, allowing you to preserve it for further stamper production.
For creating stamper families, you need to passivate first the "father" and then also the "mother" stampers. This machine employs anodic passivation, a more environmentally friendly alternative to dichromate passivation that uses chemicals harmful to the environment.
